> The type of loan.

## Values

| Value              | Description                     |
| ------------------ | ------------------------------- |
| `BRIDGE_LOAN`      | The bridge loan loan type.      |
| `LINE_OF_CREDIT`   | The line of credit loan type.   |
| `MORTGAGE`         | The mortgage loan type.         |
| `VENDOR_TAKE_BACK` | The vendor take back loan type. |
